Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager in Bellevue, WA, to own mid-to-long term topology strategy and site planning for North America AMZL topology. You will coordinate with multiple supply chain functions and drive continuous improvement through data-driven proposals and automation.

The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership of a team, and regular interaction with senior leadership. This is a high-visibility, manager-level position with broad impact on delivery station

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own mid to long-term topology strategy, site selection and site approval process.
• 3YF Build plan management with CAPEX optimization for capacity delivery.
• Collaborate with outbound, real estate, engineering, finance, and operations teams.
• Develop ideas to drive continuous improvement, infuse AI, and drive automation.
• Influence organizations with data and persuasion to gain support.
• Lead team and mentor direct reports to deliver valuable projects.
• Set expectations and requirements with business and technology teams.
• Write data-driven proposals and perform analyses as needed.
