Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience designing progressive stamping dies.
• Experience with 3D design and 3D CAD software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting quoting or estimating and speaking with customers is a plus.
• Leadership capability or interest in mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of progressive stamping dies from concept through final detail.
• Develop strip layouts, forming stations, material progression, timing, and die components.
• Provide preliminary concepts and manufacturability inputs for quoting and customer discussions.
• Join customer meetings to clarify design requirements and provide manufacturability insight.
• Mentor designers and contribute to design standards and engineering processes.
• Grow into higher level engineering or technical management roles.
