Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years tooling experience or Aerostructures experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel internationally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop production systems and reduce costs while maintaining safety and quality.
• Create technical tooling solutions for lean manufacturing and efficient lines.
• Ensure tooling resources are available and maintained with calibration.
• Drive continuous improvement in tooling processes and resources.
• Collaborate with Swedish tooling teams to deliver tooling solutions.
