Job summary

Intel is seeking an Install Qualification Operation Sr Specialist to drive tool installation, readiness, and qualification within Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS). The role requires onsite presence five days a week and collaboration with manufacturing, design, construction, OEMs, and suppliers.

The position is an Intel Contract Employee with a focus on coordinating tool install milestones, vendor qualification, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment at our Hillsboro

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field with 5+ years of PM experience.
• Associate’s degree related to semiconductor manufacturing with 10+ years PM experience.
• 15+ years PM experience can substitute for degree.
• Willing to work onsite in a cleanroom/construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Own key tool install milestones: set, rigging, placement, hook up, energization, qualification.
• Coordinate testing and facility readiness, including ESOPN and 6D.
• Lead multi-supplier coordination meetings and planning sessions.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans and schedules; forecast equipment and resources.
