Korry Electronics in Everett, WA, seeks an experienced Tool and Die Maker to design and maintain molds, dies, fixtures, and tooling components. You will collaborate with punch press operators and assembly line staff to ensure high-quality parts and efficient tooling performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of shop experience.
• Must have mold design experience.
• Mold flow / CAD/CAM experience a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; advanced tool & die training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and create molds.
• Troubleshoot, modify and repair existing molds.
• Perform periodic mold and die maintenance at suggested intervals.
• Modify or repair existing tooling and progressive dies.
• Examine dies and tooling; recommend design improvements.
• Apply root cause analysis to tooling breakages and failures.
• Prototype parts to exact tolerances; suggest material substitutions.
• Work with outside suppliers and vendors.
