Qualifikationen

• Experience interpreting queueing dynamics and bottlenecks.

• Lead onsite TOC modeling activities in Tucson with local stakeholders.
• Develop, modify, and validate discrete event simulation models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define model boundaries and inputs.
• Analyze system constraints, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Design experiments and sensitivity analyses to support readiness metrics.
• Document models and maintain traceable data workflows.
• Present outputs to leadership with clear technical insights.
• Mentor other modelers in TOC, DES, and Affordability standards.
