Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking an IT TMS Business Applications Analyst to join our hybrid team in Warrendale, PA or Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on configuring WMS systems, gathering requirements, and delivering reliable IT solutions for key logistics processes.

You will mentor junior analysts, ensure alignment with business needs, and support 24/7 operations as needed, while leveraging Oracle SQL and Oracle Transportation Management expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business applications analysis.
• Experience with WMS systems such as Manhattan, JDA, or Red Prairie.
• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management.

Responsibilities

• Configure Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, JDA, or Red Prairie.
• Participate in all phases of implementation and production support for critical systems.
• Gather requirements and design efficient solutions.
• Analyze repetitive processes to reduce risk and rework.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment and minimize rework.
• Develop and execute test scripts from documented requirements.
• Maintain and update business models reflecting current processes and rules.
• Provide input to scoping and impact analysis for future deliverables.
• Create presentations and scorecards; generate reports using advanced Excel.
• Maintain SAP? No. Follow change control in daily activities.
