Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation management, logistics operations, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with TMS platforms and transportation systems including freight visibility tools, EDI connectivity, and carrier integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to work at the technical layer of a software implementation—reading system logs, interpreting API payloads, mapping fields, and troubleshooting integrations independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% or more, with higher frequency during initial launch and ramp period.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle as the primary customer contact—leading design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Develop and deliver detailed implementation plans to keep internal teams and customers aligned.
• Diagnose and resolve configuration and data layer issues to protect timelines and customer trust.
• Drive milestones from functional specification through go-live, including integration testing and user acceptance.
• Maintain ongoing engagement post go-live as the primary support resource during the early market period.
• Foster long-term customer relationships and surface product insights to shape the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Sales on new opportunities, providing credible estimates and implementation input.
