Minds in Motion Initiative seeks a Transitional Living Services Supervisor to lead and develop staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care in residential and transitional living programs.

Under Living Services leadership, you will coach teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and support individuals toward greater independence and personal growth while balancing program needs and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in residential services, behavioral health, or related human services field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass all required background checks.
• Proficiency with documentation and basic computer systems.
• Knowledge of Oregon residential care and community-based service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coach Transitional Living Specialists.
• Provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Foster a positive team culture through open communication and collaboration.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure client needs are met.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with agency requirements.
• Promote client independence and community integration.
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
• Oversee medication administration and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor quality assurance measures and drive continuous improvement.
