Job summary

Ardán is seeking a Florida-based Senior Title Examiner with deep expertise in metes and bounds to lead research, mentor junior staff, and support underwriting collaboration. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex title issues with examiners, agents, and customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Florida title examination experience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with underwriting exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 10 years Florida title examination experience with metes and bounds mapping and Florida real property law knowledge (probate, foreclosure, etc).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive working relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex title scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Underwriting exposure or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee advanced title research.
• Collaborate with examiners, agents, and customers to resolve complex issues.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior examiners.
• Serve as a liaison between examiners, underwriting, and title agents for clarity and timely resolution.
• Assist with light underwriting tasks as needed.
• Manage multiple open items while maintaining clear, professional communication.
