Job summary

Cambria Title is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Closer to join our team. You will work with lenders and realtors to assemble, review, and coordinate closing documents while ensuring compliance with applicable policies.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve issues quickly are essential. This role requires 5+ years in all types of closings, including refinances and purchases, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SoftPro.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Experience in all types of closings: refinance, purchase, and real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lenders and realtors to assemble, review, and organize closing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with title, disbursement, and closing policies and regulations.
• Read title commitments and address questions prior to closing; maintain accurate file documentation.

As a part of the Cambria Title organization, you will work with a staff of title professionals who will support you and provide you with the tools you need to provide best-in-class service.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Work collaboratively and closely with lenders and realtors to assemble, review, organize, prepare and review relevant documentation for closing.Ensure all title, disbursement and closing activities adhere to federal, state, and underwriting policies and regulations.Read and understand title commitments and address, solve any questions or concerns prior to closing.Develop positive working relationships with real estate clients and customers as well as provide frequent communication.Ensure all company and regulatory policies are followed.Represent Cambria Title professionally while providing a high level of customer service.Maintain clear and accurate documentation on progress and disposition of files.Manage progress of the title work and facilitate corrections or issues to help maintain accuracy of files throughout the closing process.Qualifications & Skills:Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication.Proficiency in preparing necessary documents required for closing.Working knowledge of advanced concepts, terms, practices and procedures of the title industry and closing process.High attention to detail and ability to problem solve.Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor and top-notch customer service skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.Flexibility to attend closings outside the office.Minimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: Minimum 5+ years of work experience in all types of closings; refinance, purchase, and real estate transactions.Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, SoftProAdditional Requirements:Managerial Requirements: N/APhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Travel Requirements: Flexibility to work at various locations in the metro.Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00 per hour with a monthly commission based on closing volume. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
