Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently.
  • Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
  • Supports continuous improvement activities.
  • Applies engineering principles to execute Ride, Handling and NVH tests.
  • Executes development and use of data acquisition systems in support of objective evaluations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for all things automotive. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be preferred but is not required. ASE certification would be a plus!A Senior Professional position applies advanced knowledge of a job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. This position must be able to work independently and may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.This position is based at our Texas Proving Grounds location near Fort Stockton, Texas. Travel is a critical part of this role and could be required up to 30-50%. Domestic and International travel may be required so having a US Passport is required!
