Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Tire Testing Engineer at our Texas Proving Grounds near Fort Stockton. You will lead instrumented objective testing and subjective evaluation of tire products, applying engineering principles to ride, handling and NVH tests.
The role requires at least 5 years of related experience with a BS degree (BSME/BSEE preferred); relocation assistance is offered and sponsorship is not available. Travel up to 30–50% may be required.

Engineering & Science
The Senior Tire Testing Engineering position focuses on instrumented objective testing and subjective evaluation of new or existing tire products. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for all things automotive. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be preferred but is not required. ASE certification would be a plus!

This position is based at our Texas Proving Grounds location near Fort Stockton, Texas. Travel is a critical part of this role and could be required up to 30-50%. Domestic and International travel may be required so having a US Passport is required! Relocation assistance is being offered for the right candidate. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree (BSME/BSEE)
Strong interest or experience in automotive industry
Experience with vehicle or automotive component testing including NVH and signal processing
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
