Job summary

NIC Global is seeking an Sr. Welder (TIG Aluminum & Stainless Steel) for the 2nd shift in Gallatin, TN. The role focuses on production TIG welding of aluminum and stainless steel parts and requires passing a TIG aluminum welding test before employment.

The position includes benefits and opportunities to work with robotics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MIG and TIG welding, have high school level education or equivalent, and be able to lift

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of MIG and TIG welding, as well as welding aluminum & stainless steel.
• Must pass an on-site welding test.
• Robotic weld knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs production TIG welding on aluminum and stainless parts.
• Welds may be in vertical or horizontal positions; production environment with repeated parts.
• May support robotic welding area when needed; training provided.
