Ace Precision Machining Llc is seeking a skilled TIG welder to join our aerospace-grade fabrication team. You will weld stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel alloys using GTAW, read weld symbols, and work with fixtures and weld positioners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience.
• Solid understanding of weld symbols and fabrication fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and cobalt alloys.
• Read and interpret sketches, routings, process control sheets, and weld symbols.
• Fit, assemble and weld complex components using fixtures, tools, and weld positioner.
• Visually inspect welds; identify indications; repair defects per quality system.
