Job summary

Ace Precision Inc is seeking an experienced TIG welder to join our team. You will perform precision GTAW welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys, reading blueprints and weld symbols to assemble complex components.

You will work with fixtures and a weld positioner, inspect welds to our quality standards, and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality aerospace-grade parts. This role is on-site with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years of TIG welding experience.
• Demonstrated ability to weld on qualification materials during interview.
• Solid understanding of weld symbols and fabrication fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform Precision TIG (GTAW) welding of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, and cobalt alloys 0.020"–0.064" thick.
• Fit, assemble and weld complex components using fixtures, tools, and weld positioner.
• Read and interpret sketches, routings, process control sheets, and weld symbols.
• Visually inspect weldments, identify defects, and report per quality system requirements.
• Collaborate with team to build quality products you are proud to put your name on.
