Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Tenant Improvements in Southern California. You will oversee all phases of TI construction from pre-construction through closeout, and lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial TI PM, strong leadership and communication skills, a solid CRE network, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. A CM or Engineering degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial TI project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of TI construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
• Manage subcontractor performance, safety compliance, quality control, and document control processes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, property managers, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
