Qualifications

• 7+ years in application security, information security, software engineering, or related roles.
• 5+ years experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or C/C++.
• 3+ years securing public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3+ years using Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• 3+ years with Infrastructure as Code or Security as Code.
• 3+ years performing security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support application security standards, policies and best practices.
• Partner with engineering to integrate security into design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Promote secure coding and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to security automation for scalability.
• Research threats, perform assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analysis.
• Evaluate risks and provide actionable guidance to teams.
• Design, configure, and support security technologies across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation programs.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge through trainings and documentation.
• Communicate security findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Participate in incident response and operational security activities.
• Influence architecture and security decisions across teams.
