Ideal candidates bring DoD program experience, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of M&S architecture, model development, V&V, and real-time simulation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of M&S architecture, model development, V&V; simulation integration; data analysis; weapon-system modeling.
• Minimum 20 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Designs, develops, and conducts simulations against hard targets, missiles, and intelligence gaps; defines, implements, validates, and tests M&S architectures; supports wargaming and operational analysis.
