Qualifications

Experience in DoD or government programs.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Deep knowledge of M&S architecture, model development, V&V, and data analysis.
Requires 12 years of related experience with a Master’s degree, or 17 total with a Bachelor’s plus experience.

Responsibilities

Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
