Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of M&S architecture, model development, V&V, simulation integration, data analysis, weapon-system modeling.
• Minimum 20 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Design, develop, and conduct simulations against targets, missiles, and intel gaps; define, implement, validate, and test M&S architectures; support wargaming and operational analysis.
