Mayo Clinic is seeking a Principal Information Security Analyst within the Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence team. The role leads enterprise threat intelligence capabilities, mentors staff, and translates intelligence into actionable risk insights for Cyber Defense and enterprise leadership.

You will collect and analyze data from government, industry, open-source, dark web, and internal sources to produce strategic, operational, and tactical assessments tailored to Mayo Clinic’s healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field plus eight (8) years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in applicable field plus five (5) years of relevant experience. Pertinent fields include information security, computer science, information systems, risk management, or related field.
• One or more of the following certifications (or equivalent) are required at time of hire: CISSP, CISM, GSEC, OSCP.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise threat intelligence capabilities and translate priorities into an actionable intelligence roadmap.
• Establish standards, methods, repeatable workflows, feedback mechanisms and measures to improve quality, timeliness, and value of intelligence.
• Mentor analysts and strengthen team capabilities in structured analysis, OSINT, enterprise intelligence, and executive communication.
• Develop Mayo Clinic-specific intelligence by connecting information from multiple sources and ensuring relevance to enterprise risk context.
• Translate intelligence findings into actionable implications for Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, and Incident Response.
• Produce recurring intelligence reports, briefings, and time-sensitive operational intelligence.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree + eight (8) years of relevant experience

Master’s degree + five (5) years of relevant experience

CISSP, CISM, GSEC, OSCP certifications
