Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to strengthen cyber threat intelligence across the enterprise and healthcare sector. You will lead senior intelligence efforts, translate findings into business insights, and mentor analysts while collaborating with SOC, risk, and legal teams.

You will define intelligence needs, assess emerging threats, and guide risk-informed decisions, shaping how intelligence is collected, produced, and shared in a dynamic security program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, information security or threat intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience developing telemetry-to-intelligence models.
• Experience with open source research tools (VirusTotal, DomainTools, Censys, Grey Noise).
• Experience using MITRE ATT&CK or Cyber Kill Chain to structure threat analysis.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms and scripting/automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track emerging threats by discovering untracked adversary activity and developing new threat clusters.
• Deliver time-sensitive behavioral attack chains to support incident response and threat hunting.
• Lead attribution and threat actor analysis, partnering with incident response teams.
• Author actor profiles for CIRT, Red Team, Threat Hunt, and Detection Engineering.
• Provide technical mentorship to mid-level analysts on tradecraft and production standards.
• Represent the intelligence function in cross-functional planning with SOC, threat hunting, red team, and incident response.
• Contribute to strategic planning mapping telemetry investments to intelligence production goals.
