Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to lead Threat Management Intelligence, partner with senior leadership, and maintain situational awareness of risks to personnel and assets across Sphere venues.

This role requires OSINT expertise, strong analytical writing, mentoring abilities, and willingness to travel. You will supervise during shifts, coordinate with law enforcement and external partners, and drive improvements in threat reporting and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, National Security, or related field.
• 2-4 years of intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or related field experience.
• Experience with OSINT tools, methodologies, and tradecraft.
• Ability to produce clear written analyses under time pressure.
• Experience mentoring or leading peers in analytical or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced OSINT collection and analysis to identify threats affecting Sphere venues.
• Produce threat assessments, situational awareness reports, and executive briefings for diverse audiences.
• Lead as intelligence lead during Tier 1 events with real-time support to operations.
• Mentor Intelligence Analysts and review products for quality and consistency.
• Identify process improvements and tradecraft innovations to elevate intelligence functions.
• Build relationships with law enforcement, federal agencies, and private sector intelligence partners.
• Maintain intelligence platforms, databases, and case management tools; ensure data integrity.
