Job summary

Allstate is seeking a senior leader to head its threat intelligence team, monitoring global risks affecting operations, personnel, assets, and reputation. You will supervise analysts across regions, oversee daily operations, and drive collection and analysis of open-source and partner intelligence on geopolitical, cyber, and physical security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of intelligence leadership experience.
• Experience in corporate security or risk management is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• US passport and ability to travel to the Chicago metro area.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on global threats and risks affecting company operations, personnel, assets, and reputation.
• Supervise and mentor intelligence analysts across multiple regions or business units.
• Oversee daily operations, task assignments, and team management.
• Guide collection and analysis of open-source, proprietary, and partner intelligence concerning geopolitical risks, cyber threats, and physical security.
• Produce strategic and tactical intelligence products, including threat assessments, risk forecasts, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Corporate Brand, Fraud, Legal, HR, and Crisis Management teams on investigations, incident response, and strategic planning.
• Serve as a key contact for intelligence sharing with law enforcement, industry groups, and vendors.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional leadership.
• Develop and maintain intelligence policies, SOPs, and analytical frameworks.
• Lead initiatives to improve intelligence capabilities through technology, training, and partnerships.
• Support training initiatives and crisis and emergency response efforts to enhance organizational resilience.
