Job summary

DLA Piper LLP seeks a Senior Information Security Analyst (SecOps) to identify and address threats across the enterprise. The role collaborates with IT to tune SIEM, update policies, and automate security processes, while mentoring a team of analysts.

Ideal candidates bring strong incident response, vulnerability management, and cloud/security tooling experience, with CISSP or similar cert preferred. Hybrid schedule across multiple US offices offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity or similar fields.
• Professional-level industry certification (e.g. CISSP, GIAC, SANS) preferred.
• 7 years of experience working within Cybersecurity field.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Information Security Analysts and guide security operations.
• Evaluate and improve information security program functions across the Firm.
• Review SIEM systems and report metrics and ongoing investigations.
• Perform alert triage, investigate security incidents, identify root causes, and develop mitigations.
• Ensure Endpoint Threat Detection, including EDR, antivirus, asset management, and configuration tools.
• Manage Next Generation Firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Engage in Threat Hunting and utilize Threat Intelligence.
• Oversee Incident Response tools, processes, and capabilities.
