Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with threat hunting/analysis.
• Experience with U.S. Government CSSP or similar environments.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate sophisticated threats and improve detection.
• Familiarity with TTPs and applying them to hunting and response.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support incident response during high-severity cyber incidents.
• Perform proactive threat hunting across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Identify TTPs and develop countermeasures and detection logic.
• Develop AI-assisted detections and ML-based capabilities.
• Apply advanced cybersecurity tools to detect and mitigate threats.
• Develop and test threat-hunting hypotheses from intelligence.
• Produce actionable reports for technical teams and leadership.
• Collaborate across cybersecurity, IT, and network teams.
• Stay current on threats and translate intelligence into detections.
• Deliver cybersecurity training to threat hunters and defenders.
• Mentor peers and foster technical excellence.
• Brief senior leaders on threat activity and trends.
