Gemini is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to shape security strategy, lead design and implementation of security solutions, and ensure robust protection across infrastructure and applications. The role requires deep expertise in security engineering, strong leadership, and proactive problem-solving.

You will stay ahead of threats, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security throughout the SDLC. Hybrid work in NY hub offices is available.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in security engineering and security solution design.
• Deep expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, vulnerability management.
• Experience with cloud security, network security, and IAM.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and related frameworks.
