• Strong ability to translate deep technical data into clear, publishable analysis.
• Breadth across nation-state, criminal, vulnerabilities, and AI threats.
• Judgment on what is worth publishing and what to deprioritize.
• Experience building or significantly improving processes.
• Comfort working asynchronously across a distributed team.

Aufgaben

• Own the global rapid response model, expanding regional work to a standard across the team.
• Manage end-to-end activation: signal, score, tier, activate with tight SLAs.
• Merge scoring systems to route publication and activation coherently.
• Draft and edit tactical output with researchers ensuring accuracy.
