Job summary

NBMBAA is seeking a Senior Associate to support TPRM efforts across multiple lines of business. The role will monitor third party relationships, ensure compliance with TPRM procedures, and lead special projects as assigned.

The Senior Associate will work with internal and external stakeholders, oversee onboarding and off-boarding of third party services, and stay current with regulatory developments affecting risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• Experience in Risk Management, Third Party Risk, or Audit.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate third party risk assessments across departments.
• Conduct risk-based analysis and remediation tracking.
• Oversee onboarding, monitoring and off-boarding of third party services.
• Establish partnerships to identify and manage third party risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on OCC-related third party requests.
• Stay updated on regulatory/compliance information for risk program.
• Assist with regulatory and audit requests.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
