You will collaborate across lines to manage third-party risk program, drive risk mitigation, and develop contingency plans. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years in risk management or audits.
• Experience in third-party risk management preferred.
• Familiar with third-party risk management concepts.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct third-party inherent risk assessments with business partners and SMEs to identify supplier risks.
• Oversee remediation of supplier control gaps with contract owners and drive closure of findings.
• Develop supplier contingency plans to prevent disruptions in Multifamily processes.
• Support third-party reconciliations, metrics monitoring, and management reporting.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on third-party risk management best practices.
