Job summary

MetOx International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer specializing in thin-film deposition to advance our reel-to-reel HTS manufacturing platform. You will lead sputtering development, establish process controls, and work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to scale robust deposition processes.

The role requires deep knowledge of PVD, statistical methods, DOE, and project leadership. You will mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement for commercial-scale production.

Qualifications

• Designs and analyzes statistically driven process improvement experiments.
• Maintains process capability and yields through DOE and SPC methods.
• Leads cross-functional teams to implement robust deposition processes.

Responsibilities

• Owns sputtering and thin-film deposition process development.
• Defines strategies to improve throughput and film quality.
• Translates process improvements into production with documentation.
