Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Thermal/Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of thermal management and fluid dynamics
• Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling of electronic components and cooling systems
• Excellent communication and program management skills
• Experience adopting AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly

Responsibilities

• Build thermal solutions for engineering characterization and validation from concept to lab
• Drive end-to-end development and deployment with internal teams and external vendors on build requirements, prototype evaluation, test system integration, and software automation
• Improve thermal design processes by incorporating feedback and maintaining our standards
• Collaborate with system architects, chip and board designers, and software/firmware engineers in a dynamic environment to bring products to market
• Apply AI-enabled approaches to accelerate design iteration, test planning, and characterization/validation triage
• Partner with AI/tooling teams to define use-cases, success criteria, and evaluation methods
