Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of electronics thermal design experience.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
• Proficiency with at least one thermal simulation tool (Icepak/Flotherm/Fluent).
• Hands-on experience with thermal testing and data analysis.
• Ability to guide and collaborate within a dynamic environment.
• Experience leading resources such as consultants and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Design new thermal solutions for NVIDIA’s next generation of products.
• Perform thermal simulations and CFD analyses to support design choices.
• Build physical prototypes, instrument and test assemblies, and analyze data.
• Summarize findings in reports and present to cross-functional teams.
• Support translation of thermal technologies from concept to mass production.
