You will partner with hardware and data center teams to define cooling strategies for novel compute architectures and high-density deployments, and ensure deployment readiness with data center operations.

Travel up to 25% and collaborate with ODM/OEM vendors to implement robust, scalable thermal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering with thermal/mechanical focus.
• 8+ years in development engineering, system validation, or data center operations for AI/ML hardware.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence.
• Experience with data center cooling solutions design, modeling, and validation.
• Proven ability to move novel tech into production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee thermal architecture alignment across data center environments.
• Lead NPI initiatives for compute architectures and bespoke ASICs.
• Partner with hardware and data center teams to establish cooling strategies.
