This role requires extensive experience in server thermal testing and strong skills in heat transfer and fluid dynamics, utilizing tools such as CAD and CFD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• Eight or more years of related experience.
• Experience with server testing and/or simulation.
• Strong background in heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
• CAD and CFD experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of key thermal components and systems.
• Run server system thermal tests using data acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product development.
• Produce engineering documents like design drawings and reports.
