Red Rock Behavioral Health Services in Chandler, OK is hiring a Therapist IV to provide individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires licensure eligibility in Oklahoma (LPC, LADC, LFMT, or LCSW) and strong collaboration, documentation, and crisis intervention skills. Local travel and dedicated patient care are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed and eligible in OK for LPC, LADC, LFMT, or LCSW.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient with technology to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Completes intakes, develops treatment plans, determines clinical diagnosis and refers clients to resources.
• Prepares, plans, facilitates, and implements direct care of consumers through groups and/or individual therapy.
• Participates in treatment team meetings providing information for supervision.
• Provides crisis assistance and consults with related parties as needed.
• Completes all documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinates input from all team members into the comprehensive treatment plan.
• Assists in developing and implementing programmatic goals and objectives.
• Maintains core competencies for co-occurring disorders through education and applying skills.
