Responsibilities

• Fulfill Cedar Recovery care values and provide best patient care.
• Conduct group and individual sessions.
• Administer patient assessments as clinically indicated.
• Orient patients to policies and procedures.
• Establish rapport with clients and SMART goals; monitor progress.
• Maintain licensure/certification and complete CEUs.
• Provide referrals outside Cedar Recovery as clinically indicated.
• Supervise group and staff therapists; report to Compliance director and OBOT leadership.
