Job summary

AtlantiCare Behavioral Health is seeking a Senior Therapist - ABH - EHT to provide direct clinical services to clients and families, while offering clinical leadership. The role involves responding to emergencies, facilitating intake staffings, and ensuring smooth daily operations across clinical units.

The Senior Therapist will supervise outpatient staff, participate in performance processes, and ensure timely charting and staff coverage.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters degree in behavioral health field.
• Licensure: Ph.D., LCSW or LPC in State of New Jersey.
• Valid NJ driver’s license for use of Company Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide at minimum 50% face to face direct billable services.
• In units with minimal supervision responsibilities, direct billable services may range up to 65% of direct face to face.
• Ensure daily operations of clinical services and respond to client emergencies or complaints, including arranging staff coverage.
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to outpatient therapist staff.
• Attend service line meetings; not required to attend clinical managers meetings.
• Productivity goals as designated by department; conduct therapy sessions in the language of the population served, if applicable.
