Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution of ML solutions for Language Safety AI at scale.
• Lead and grow a high-performing ML engineering team with a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Decompose long-term goals into an actionable iterative product roadmap.
• Architect and guide development of large-scale language models, production-ready.
• Drive alignment on complex technical decisions across Safety org and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Policy, Design, and Ops to define ML roadmap.
