Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of testing experience, familiarity with risk and quality assurance in financial services, and a proven ability to influence diverse teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus ~5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development and IT Transformation programs.
• Exposure to Testing Center of Excellence and large enterprise testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in testing and resolve complex issues for clients.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities including strategy, planning, execution and reporting.
• Coach and develop teams to foster inclusive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
