Job summary

EY is seeking a statistically strong testing professional to join our team in a hybrid model. You’ll lead testing activities end-to-end, advising clients and engagement teams while driving transformational changes in application testing within client organizations.

Responsibilities include strategy development, test planning and execution, and stakeholder reporting. Travel up to 50% and passport readiness are expected as part of this role with a focus on Life Insurance and Finance transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
• Technical competency experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life cycle Management or IT Delivery Management.
• Willingness to travel outside of your assigned office location up to approximately 50% of the time, plus commute within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems for clients.
• Be a high-profile contact for resolving complex issues and influence engagement teams on resolutions.
• Build client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts.
• Lead testing activities end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, quality assessment and issue resolution.
