Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Technician for our Forest, MS facility on the 2nd shift. You will perform tests, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install a wide range of electronic and mechanical systems in a production/test environment.

You will work from approved procedures and schematics, analyze data, and communicate technical issues. This role requires the ability to lift and walk, and it is onsite in Forest, MS. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience testing electronic circuits and/or identifying failure trends.

Responsibilities

• Tests, troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs electronic, electro‑mechanical, and mechanical systems and/or equipment.
• Analyze test data and report failures; repair as needed.
• Isolate problems between test environment and units under test; resolve as necessary.
• Interpret pass/fail data to determine next steps and production goals.
