Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in Sparks, NV is seeking a Test Technician IV who leads testing projects, develops procedures, and troubleshoots complex issues, mentoring both junior and senior technicians. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable test processes, prepares technical reports, and evaluates new testing technologies while upholding safety and quality standards.

A strong background in electronics/test equipment and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years' experience as a technician or in a related field; 7+ years if no degree.
• Ability to interpret moderately complex schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Advanced knowledge of laboratory test equipment and calibration processes.
• Proven project management skills and ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
