Job summary

Gavial Engineering & Manufacturing seeks a Senior Test Technician to perform a broad range of electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical tests on systems and subassemblies, ensuring every unit meets specifications. You will work with engineers to develop test procedures, calibrate equipment, and document results for customers.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and schematic interpretation skills, with experience in LabVIEW or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field with relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Progressive experience in electronics testing and calibration.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in developing test procedures and processes.
• Test systems and components under specified environmental conditions using precision equipment.
• Record data, generate Non-Conformance reports, and analyze failures to determine root causes.
• Prepare cost and labor estimates for test equipment and activities.
