Ideal candidates triage test failures, understand NVMe specs, and apply strong problem-solving and experimental design skills to drive quality in lab environments and storage components.

Qualifikationen

• Performs first level triage of test failures, requiring knowledge of our test infrastructure, NVMe and other industry spec.
• Strong problem-solving and experimental design skills will be key to success in this role.
• Prior storage experience preferred, but will assess the right candidate based on overall aptitude.

Job Description

MAJORRESPONSIBILITES:

• Performs client and enterprise systembuild-outs at scale, identifying opportunities for efficiency gain and/orprocess improvement, while documenting completed work with detailed performancelogs and build procedures. Is capable of managing inventory at scale ofcomponents that contribute to lab systems. Assesses the health of equipmentbeing built and test runs being executed, proactively calling out any perceivedissues while offering creative solutions to solve the team's biggest problemsin this regard. Executes daily/weekly test cases using internal automation orvendor software.

QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE

• Performs first level triage of test failures,requiring knowledge of our test infrastructure, NVMe and other industry spec,and Client internal device spec. Strong problem-solving and experimental designskills will be key to success in this role.
  
• experimental design and test process,minimizing variables in retest to isolate specific fail modes. Prior storageexperience preferred, but will assess the right candidate based on overallaptitude.
  

Preferred :

• experienced python development or equivalentinterpreted language, NVMe storage protocol, OCP 2.0 or other enterprisestorage spec, comfort in a linux operating environment, technical writing, highattention to detail, customer-first mentality.
