Job summary

UCT is seeking a Technician IV in Austin, TX. You will inspect, test, troubleshoot, and validate custom electro-mechanical equipment to meet performance and quality standards.

The role covers gas delivery systems, helium leak testing, and interpreting schematics to support assembly and testing activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a manufacturing test environment, a degree in electronics, and the ability to work extended or weekend shifts with punctuality and strong communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Manufacturing Test Environment with vacuum & pneumatics knowledge.
• Associate or Bachelor in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret test fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and assemble gas delivery systems and sub-assemblies.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform corrective actions.
• Execute helium leak testing and module testing.
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Support manufacturing and assembly activities to ensure quality.
