Job summary

RTX Tucson site is seeking a Senior Test Systems Engineer to join the 100% onsite Test Solutions Engineering team. You will lead MBSE-based test design, develop subsystem requirements, and work with multiple engineering disciplines to ensure robust testing from component to All-Up-Round.

You will need a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Systems Engineering experience in test requirements, planning, test techniques, and V&V.
• Experience with MBSE processes and tools; SysML/UML familiarity.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Apply subsystem knowledge to develop and implement the subsystem model using MBSE tools.
• Detail capabilities and derive requirements.
• Communicate test equipment needs to designers.
• Manage requirements and traceability.
• Reuse environment requirements/models to improve test efficiency.
• Develop subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and architecture.
• Collaborate with SMEs to resolve issues and support trades.
