Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an engineer to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for our Raytheon products. You will create production test stations, ITAs, harnesses, and supporting hardware, while producing technical drawings and schematics.

Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team; perform troubleshooting across the lifecycle; and contribute to mission-critical defense systems with real-world impact. Active clearance and citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle — both independently and as part of a team.
