Job summary

Pratt & Whitney seeks an onsite Melbourne, FL-based technician to identify defects, troubleshoot electronic circuits, and perform repairs to circuit card assemblies. You will follow workmanship standards and company rules, participate in audits, and contribute to cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a HS diploma and U.S.

person status or eligibility. You will maintain an organized workspace, report progress to a supervisor, and develop skills through trainings

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain export authorizations as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify defects by basic electronic troubleshooting and analysis.
• Perform electrical repair to circuit card assemblies following workmanship standards.
• Comply with EHS, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, and attendance rules.
• Participate in audits and cost reduction/continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in good condition.
• Report progress to lead or supervisor and complete tasks within scope.
